Accurate Product Listings
All product listings must accurately represent the product being sold.
Sellers must provide:

• Correct specifications.
• True pricing.
• Current stock availability.
• Warranty information (where applicable).
False, misleading, or deceptive product listings are strictly prohibited.
Genuine and Legal Products
Sellers must list only authentic and legally permitted products.
The following are strictly prohibited:
• Counterfeit products
• Fake branded goods
• Pirated software or media
• Stolen goods
• Illegal products
• Products that infringe intellectual property rights
• Products prohibited under Indian law or Nyxure policies
Nyxure reserves the right to remove such listings immediately without prior notice.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that products:

• Meet applicable quality standards.
• Are properly packaged before shipment.
Fair Pricing
Sellers must maintain honest and transparent pricing.
Sellers must not:
• Artificially inflate prices.
• Display misleading discounts.
• Manipulate prices during promotions.
• Charge hidden fees outside the Nyxure checkout process.
Inventory Management
Sellers must maintain accurate inventory records.
Sellers should:
• Keep stock information up to date.
• Remove unavailable products promptly.
• Avoid accepting orders for out-of-stock products.
Repeated cancellations due to inventory issues may lead to seller performance review.
Order Processing and Shipping
Sellers are expected to:
• Process orders promptly.
• Pack products securely.
• Ship orders within the committed handling time.
• Provide accurate shipment information.
• Cooperate with Nyxure and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
Customer Communication
Sellers must communicate with customers professionally and respectfully.
Sellers must not:

• Harass or threaten customers.
• Request payments outside Nyxure.
• Share personal contact details to complete transactions outside the platform.
• Send unsolicited promotional messages.
Returns and Refunds
Sellers must cooperate with Nyxure in processing eligible:
• Returns
• Replacements
• Refunds
Sellers should respond promptly to return requests and comply with Nyxure’s Return & Refund Policy.
Compliance with Laws
Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:
• GST laws
• Consumer Protection Act
• Product safety regulations
• Intellectual property laws
• Tax laws
• E-commerce regulations
• Any other applicable central or state laws
Sellers are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, registrations, and approvals required for their business and products.
Intellectual Property
Sellers must respect the intellectual property rights of others.
Sellers may not upload or use:
• Copyrighted images without permission.
• Trademarked logos without authorization.
• Copied product descriptions.
• Unauthorized brand names.
• Any content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
Reviews and Ratings
Sellers must maintain the integrity of Nyxure’s review system.
Sellers must not:
• Post fake reviews.
• Purchase fake ratings.
• Offer incentives for positive reviews.
• Manipulate customer feedback.
• Use fake customer accounts.
Honest customer feedback helps improve the marketplace and should be respected.
Fraud Prevention
Sellers must not engage in fraudulent or unethical activities, including:
• Fake orders
• Self-purchasing to manipulate rankings
• Misuse of promotional offers
• Coupon abuse

Violations and Enforcement
