At Nyxure, we understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order. We aim to provide a fair, transparent, and hassle-free cancellation process for both customers and sellers.
As Nyxure is a multi-vendor marketplace operated by Radhekishori Ecom Private Limited, products are sold and fulfilled by independent sellers. Cancellation requests are processed in accordance with this Cancellation Policy and the applicable seller’s order status.
By placing an order on Nyxure, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.
Order Cancellation by Customers
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped.
You can request a cancellation by:
- Logging into your Nyxure account.
- Opening My Orders.
- Selecting the order you wish to cancel.
- Clicking Cancel Order (where available).
- Selecting the reason for cancellation.
- Confirming your cancellation request.
If the cancellation option is not available, you may contact Nyxure Customer Support for assistance.
When Cancellation is Allowed
Cancellation requests may generally be accepted if:
- The order has not yet been shipped.
- The seller has not started the shipping process.
- The product is eligible for cancellation.
- The cancellation request complies with this policy.
When Cancellation May Not Be Possible
Cancellation requests may not be accepted if:
- The order has already been shipped.
- The product has been handed over to the courier partner.
- The product is a customized or personalized item.
- The product is made-to-order.
- The product is marked as non-cancellable.
- The seller has already completed shipment processing.
If cancellation is no longer possible, you may still be eligible for a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, where applicable.
Seller-Initiated Cancellation
In certain situations, a seller may cancel an order, including but not limited to:
- Product becoming unavailable.
- Inventory errors.
- Pricing errors.
- Quality concerns.
- Delivery location not serviceable.
- Other genuine operational reasons.
Where applicable, customers will be notified promptly, and eligible refunds will be processed.
Nyxure-Initiated Cancellation
Nyxure reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Payment verification failure.
- Incorrect pricing caused by technical or system errors.
- Duplicate or accidental orders.
- Government restrictions or legal requirements.
- Situations beyond our reasonable control.
Where applicable, eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with this policy.
Cancellation Due to Delivery Issues
Orders may be cancelled if:
- Delivery cannot be completed after multiple delivery attempts.
- The delivery address is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible.
- The customer refuses to accept the order without a valid reason.
- Delivery becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Refund eligibility in such cases will be determined in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and the applicable seller’s policies.
Refund After Cancellation
If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, any eligible refund will be processed to:
- The original payment method.
- Your bank account (where applicable).
- Any other approved refund method supported by Nyxure.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may also be cancelled before shipment, subject to seller approval and order status.
Repeated cancellation of COD orders without reasonable cause may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on the availability of COD for your account.
Cancellation Charges
Nyxure does not normally charge cancellation fees for eligible orders cancelled before shipment.
However, certain products, promotional offers, customized products, or seller-specific policies may provide otherwise. Where applicable, any cancellation charges will be clearly communicated before your order is placed.
Abuse of the Cancellation Policy
To maintain a fair marketplace, Nyxure reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests or take appropriate action where there is evidence of:
- Repeated cancellation of orders without reasonable cause.
- Fraudulent activity.
- Abuse of promotional offers.
- Misuse of Cash on Delivery.
- Violation of marketplace policies.
In such cases, customer accounts may be reviewed, restricted, or suspended where appropriate.

Nyxure may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, marketplace practices, or legal requirements.
